Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. You have to incur shipping costs to return the order back to our warehouse. You also must ensure that there's a tracking number for the package to avoid any package loss. 

 

Easy Return and Exchange Process:

2. Ship your return in the original packaging. Send us the tracking number once you receive it. 

3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
